Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she came in third. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more proud of her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body each year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first before moving on to the work outs. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
